This is the shipping company that was to deliver our puppy from Ohio to Minnesota. The breeder set up the delivery and told us there was no charge. Awhile later they emailed us saying that they can’t ship the puppy without it having insurance of $850.00 and that is refundable when she land and is safe. We are to pay this Walmart to Walmart transfer. We pay this amount feeling it is best for our new puppy. We get another email saying the climate is not safe for the dog to fly in a regular kennel, she needs an electric crate and it will be another $1,000.00, refundable when she lands. We go to do another Walmart to Walmart and this time they will not process, it is flagged as a scam. I call the breeder and he can’t believe it. He said to call the shipper again, he uses them for all his puppies. Now the shipping company is telling me to find another Walmart or a Western Union. I tell him there are no other options in my area. Now I have both the breeder and the shipping company telling me to try and send the money. We stopped communication and called our local police.
