I was searching internet to find out about green card renewal. And this was the first page popped up. I signed up to get information and they immediately called me.
It was 6th of January and I was going to use this company to renew my green card but I and husband decided to wait so I called and cancelled the service about 10 minutes later.
They said the money should be back in 3 days but it went through 3 weeks later and hasn’t been cancelled.
I asked for refund and removing my personal information and they havent done anything.
