Worse company ever. Never call you back. A new different manager every week. Maintenance is a piece of garbage. They probably hire someone on your city for 0.50 cents hour and send to your home 2 months after you requested it. Adjustment fees??? Fee for paying your rent with a Visa credit card??? $40.00 fee for paying my rent 15 days in advance… Convenience fee??? Remanagement fees??? I have no idea what those mean but I know they cost about $5000.00 year… be aware of the scam…fees over fees… worse impossible…
