Consumer was called by Robby Robinson at 876 573-6810 on June 17, 2015 and was told that she had won a monthly sweepstakes, but in order to collect the $50000.00 she had to go to Wal-Mart and send $1500 money transfer to Franklin Lee in Tennessee. He called the $1500 payment a transaction priveledge tax. Consumer negotiated a $400 fee instead and went to Wal-Mart, paid $400 cash for a money transfer. There would be two people coming from Cincinnati at 10:45am to give her a cashiers check for $50000. (They were Barbara Fisher and John Sulijki) He would give a combination to open a lock box to get the cashiers check. In order to get the rest of the money she would get a refund of the $400 and then she would give them another cashiers check for $1500.
