Call from American Dream Sweepstakes saying I had won a prize but needed pay a refundable administration fee before they can release the prize. Didn’t answer phone so they left a message, haven’t erased message. said it was an Emergency Alert. Phone number they gave and also showed on caller ID was Washington DC # 202-715-0365. Thanks
