Type of a scam Credit Cards

I tried calling Amazon Customer service and received the message that you could not talk to a customer service representative in person due to Covid-19. I did a Bing internet search and saw a website for Amazon Prime customer service listing a 1 (877) 687-6588 phone number. I called the number and requested either a refund or remove my credit card as a method of payment for my girlfriends acccount . The individual stated he could help me but asked if I was on a computer. He requested the normal information for Amazon like the email address for my girlfriends account. He continued with requesting my credit card information and stated that I needed to log on a google website for he could transfer me to another department for the refund due to Covid-19. Once I logged on he stated he needed remote access and when I questioned him stated this was the new process for working from home. He gave me his name and Work ID number and gave me a number on a site so he could get remote access. After gaining remote access he notebooked his Name, address, and ID number and asked that I log in to my email so I could confirm the transaction. The process was over 30 minutes and at some point my computer screen went black. He started phishng and once he mentioned a debit card and checking account for a faster refund I got nervous and felt I should check my credit card account immediately. He brought my view back on my desktop. Once I checked my card I noticed a charge to Target.com for $200 with a credit back for $200 and a charge to Walmart.com for a Microsoft X-Box Digital Gift Card priced at $55.00. I called the credit card company and initiated a fraud report.
