It says this is an EBAY/WAL-MART Survey program instruction letter. Mu assignment is tonpurch $1600 worth of ebay gift cards then send pics of the front and back of cards (peel off silver scratch off area). Answer the questions from the survey via text. Included bbn is a check make out to me for $1920.48, and I am to keep $320.80 for compensation. I will also receive a $200 extra bonus in next check. Check is drawn on Michigan State University Federal Cresit Union
