Type of a scam Tech Support
This company hacked into my computer opening a window that claimed that I cold not shut off the computer because i would loose data and that I had to call them at Microsoft windows tech support at 1-888-475-9028.
And in fact I could not close that window or operate the computer…They had hacked into my computer!
Then, when I innocently called thinking that it was Microsoft, this XXXXX by the name of Harry tries to tell me how badly infected my computer is and how they can install this software for $ 199.00 a year!
That’s when I realized this was NOT Microsoft.
As I questioned this Harry, it turned out it’s this outfit called ALPKEY at 3524 Silver Side Rd. Suite 35 BB, Wilmington, Delaware. 19810. phone: 1-800-284-5210.
Please shut down these SCAMMERS!
