Type of a scam Home Improvement

I got locked in my house and could not turn the door knob. I searched online and found this company. He showed up in about 15 minutes and told me it would be $25 for him to come out here. Then he said it would be $245 when he got here. I thought that was a lot, but I agreed to pay it, since I felt I had no choice. Then, he told me after he removed the door knob, that that was just to remove the knob. Then, he said to get a new door knob it would cost another $175, plus $75 for installation. Then, he asked me if I wanted him to re-key the locks. I thought he said $18.90 for the re-keying, but on the bill it was another $89. With the tax, it came to $624. I asked him if anyone else ever had this problem, and he just pointed to his shirt where it said, "Locksmith". My door still has the same problem, so he didn’t fix anything. Actually, the door is worse, and I am out $624.48. I was totally ripped off. He cashed the check right away. I am not positive the name of the company I found online was the name on the bill he gave me. I am an 86 year old woman who lives alone, and I feel taken advantage of. I am confused about what the name of this company actually is. The bill has a web site address on it of alocksmith24hour.com, but when you go to that web address, you get a different name with different phone numbers. Something is very fishy with this business.
