Type of a scam Debt Collections
I was contacted by two different men claiming they were from Alliance Pre legal department out of Houston, TX. They said that they were trying to collect on a payday loan that I had taken out in June, 2016. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan. They then proceeded to tell me that legal action would be taken and a claim would be filed tomorrow. They had my social security number, birthdate, and my name! I checked my credit report and there is nothing on it about a pay day loan . They won’t stop calling me from the number 844-327-6990
