I was told by a Detective William Thomas of the Allen County Sheriff’s Department that I didn’t show up for jury duty which I didn’t have, and that I had to pay money to stay out of jail. He had me call him and said the call was being recorded, and that I couldn’t disconnect from the call. He then instructed me to go to my financial institution to withdraw money to pay to get the warrant lifted, due to the so called bench warrant put out for my arrest. I withdrew $2,200 from my account to settle this, I purchased Green Dot Money Paks, which I have receipts for. Afterwards, I went to the Allen County Courthouse to get the paperwork associated with the so called warrant, only to find out that there was no warrant out for my arrest, and it was a scam.
I wish to have this money refunded back on my account, I work too hard for my money to have it taken away by some scam.
