I recently saw a post on Facebook that my cousin’s friend tagged him regarding a “keto supplement”. The person stated that she had lost 20 or 25 pounds in 4 weeks. I have been trying the keto diet on and off for a year and haven’t lost weight in a while so I thought I would buy this product. I agreed to purchase two bottles for $66.00 and you were to receive a free bottle with that purchase. Please see my emails and their responses below. And, of course, now the post has disappeared on Facebook.

Hi. I agreed to purchase two bottles of keto for $33 each and get one free. How did you come up with a $129.99 charge? I either want a full refund or charge me the $66 I agreed to.

Immediately, I asked for the difference between $66.00 and $129.99 or refund all of my money. I asked on three different occasions. On May 8, they shipped my order! On May 9, I told them I would give them 10 days to refund my money or I was going to write to you, my local television station and the ScamPulse.com.
