On Oct 31 I posted on Nextdoor that I was looking for a roofer. Alex Ferguson responded that he was s licensed roofer. He came and inspected the roof and quoted $7287 which included some minor drywall repair also. On Nov 27 2017 we signed the contract and Alex require $2300 as a deposit, he told me they would start the job Dec 2.. nobody showed up. When I call Alex his said the would get to it in a week or two. Again no one showed up. When I tried to call him at (719) 822-8240 but it immediately went to voice mail . I left messages and emails. Finally he called me back and give me his new number.. He assured me that it would be done either the 1st or 2nd week of Jan. I continued to leave him voice mail and emails but he hasn’t responded at all. Also checked with Lake County Building & Code to see if he had pulled the permit. They had no request for permit. So I will have to file a Small Claims Court Hearing in an effort to get my deposit
