Type of a scam Rental
We were contacted by personal calling themselves Alan Powell from the UK..orginally from Kentucky stating he wanted to rent one of our properties. He said he was employed with Racetech Limited in Lancanshire England and they were sending him to the US for a year to buy parts. He sent personal information and another email (I have saved all the emails) stating that his company would pay his rent and security deposit for one month. Today I received a $4000 check and a string of emails that eventually requested me to Western Union him 2700 back. I am happy to provide you the check and emails and all information given to me. The name on the check was Paula A Bochetto TTEE of Philadelphia, PA 19102-4205
