Product ordered in May of 2020. Got the following message plus the run around through email ONLY. No calls or anything just automated messages through Zendesk.

We apologize for the delays. To give a full, transparent step by step of our issue at hand:
During preliminary production, the AirSelfie quality control team inspected pre-production devices at the AirSelfie factories in China and discovered flaws in the airframe design that were not evident in prototyping and negatively impacted the performance of the aerial camera.
Redesign and retooling of the airframe and propeller system took several months to accomplish. Upon solving the design issue, more quality control testing discovered firmware glitches, wi-fi disconnects and other issues that led to erratic and inconsistent performance that was not aligned with the promises made in the Indiegogo campaign. The elimination of these issues and the disqualification of 2 factories due to out-of-spec defect rates led to further delays that pushed pre-production into late December. Unfortunately, full scale production was not able to begin before the traditional multi-week Chinese New Year celebration. Only approximately 4,000 units were shipped to our customers before the COVID-19 virus forced the shutdown of all factories in the Guangdong province of China.
This is what we know as of now, we are shipping orders. Like many companies, we are dealing with production and supply chain issues due to the current world health crisis we are working through our backlog of orders . Based on the analysis of this production, we will be building more units for shipment in June, July and August to handle the large backlog of orders. We should complete all product shipments by the end of August at the latest. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Got a message month later from Shopify or some third party deliver used saying package delivered but never happened. Or at least no information on package being dropped off or sent back in any way. Point being customer service and a product never received is a no go and customers shouldn’t be lied to. The money is not the issue all we want is the product promised and no scams.
