I was contacted by a representative of this company who stated that I had just completed an Amazon product survey (which I had done) and was the winner of a $100 Amazon gift card. I was also told that I got to choose from one of two gifts. For the gift all I had to pay was S&H which I did with a credit card. I received the gift about a week later and a week after that I had two charges on my credit card. One for approximately $94 and one for approximately $114. I called the company and was told that I didn’t call to opt out of my subscription by the end of the trial period and those charges were the monthly fee. I explained that I never opted into any sort of trial period and never received any documentation of such trial. Despite this all the agent did was cancel any future payments and my "subscription." Meanwhile, I’ve yet to receive the Amazon gift card. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me the $94 because the company didn’t provide all necessary documentation for that charge. However, I’m stuck with the approximately $114 charge because they faxed in a bunch of screenshots of their website which I never visited and my correct billing information. Since this was a telephone conversation and I never received any confirmation emails, I have no paper documentation of this.
