ordered a hand held sewing machine in July and have had all my communication bounce back. As I can see they have really made a killing in all of us. Hope they get busted.
I was also scammed by this online selling store like other customers I bought the handheld sewing machine June 15, 2020 for a reasonable price and the site looks legit only to find out after few weeks trying to contact and follow up No answer or reply until they blocked me and can’t find the site anymore I hope the money they scammed at this pandemic time help them a lot.
I also was dumb enough to buy the handheld sewing machine because the price was very enticing. They had no problem taking my money and giving me an order confirmation but never received any other further information nor did I receive the product. Have sent many emails with no response decided to Google it and turns out I’m not the only one

Ordered the handheld sewing machine from then on 9th June. Sent an online contact query as website still up and running as of July 20th. Then emailed on 27th. Email bounced back and site is now down. Have raised with bank as fraud.
I ordered a hand-held sewing machine on 6/24/20 and paid $24.95, after seeing a Facebook ad. I immediately received a text with an order confirmation and have not received anything further. The link to the order comes back as “Server cannot be found.” I just want my money back.

I ordered a handheld sewing machine from a Facebook ad I saw for a company called Adventure Bliss. The website said they were ScamPulse.com accredited and it looked legit. My credit card was charged $18 at the time of purchase, and I received an order confirmation email the same day (June 9, 2020). I sent a followup email two weeks later to check on the status of my order and received no response. In the meantime, I continued seeing ads on Facebook, so I attempted to contact the company that way, and also received no response. Today I attempted contacting the company again via the same email address ([email protected]), and this time it bounced back and I got a message saying the address couldn’t be found. I went to their Facebook page and tried calling the number found there (619-344-0722), but I got a recording saying the party couldn’t be reached. It appears that the "business" has disappeared, although they still have a Facebook page (www.facebook.com/AdventureBlissLife), Instagram page (www.instagram.com/adventureblisslife), and a website (https://adventure-bliss.com/).
If it helps, the order confirmation email was from "[email protected] via shopify.com", whereas the "contact us" link on the website says to contact "[email protected]". It was "[email protected]" that bounced back, so perhaps this is a scam using an actual business as a cover?
Agreed with the above. Found on FB targeted ads and I ordered 2 sewing machines. I emailed them with my order number and I can no longer open the page associated with my order. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and when I followed up the email was returned as Address Not Found. So upset this was a scam.

This company routinely pulls a bait and switch routine. They will block you if you contact them and ask for a refund. They hop from one page to the next and alter things routinely on their social media profiles. They say they are a US company but returns have to go to China. They are absolutely, positively, fraudulent. I doubt I’ll ever see a refund from them directly but other buyers need to beware. They are fake fake fake.

I contacted the company via email and they said they would send another and I would receive an email within 10 days with the tracking number. This company uses footage from Philips ionic hair brush to advertise their knock off product "bliss ionic breeze hair brush". This is false advertisement and consumers should be aware. I purchased the item over 3 weeks ago, and has yet to receive any response. I tried to cancel payment, but it’s currently in dispute.
