Caller, Patricia in this case (though internet research reveals there are other names used), asserts that subject owes a debt and will be taken to court unless a fee is paid to settle outside of court.
Patricia called me, the sister of the target, and said she was trying to get in touch with my brother. She asked me to give him her phone number. When I asked if he was expecting a call, she said she didn’t know but that her "client" needed to get in contact with him.
