House for rent advertised on Craiglist located at 810 ridgewood dr, wpb, fl 33405. The suspect use an email and name and phone number described above saying that she was deaf and that she lives in La puente, California and that she moved there because of the nature of her work and that I will need to send the deposit and the first month of the house rental described on the lease agreement that was sent to me and signed by both parts. The deposit has to be cash only via money gram split in two payments of $800 each. Then when payment was returned to me because was suspected to be an scam, she provide me a bank account# under her personal manager account at Bank of america and I do have the account#on a text message and the name of the receiver.
