They called stating they were going to be delivering a summons to my address between three and 5 o’clock that this will be the final contact and I would miss a court date. When I called them they informed me that I would be sued for three times the amount of the overdrawn bank account . I have never had a bank account at Wacovia, or Wells Fargo. so I know that I have never overdrawn an account at there. After calling them several times to acquire different names addresses and the name of their business now their phone goes directly to voicemail.
