Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item from this company on November 29, 2019. The item was shipped on December 2, 2019 and supposed to arrive at its destination on December 13, 2019. On December 18, 2019 I emailed them looking for some help in the matter. I did not receive and response until December 20, 2019. I was told I could tract the item with the tracking number I referenced in the email I sent to them. I have tried to contact them on December 20, 26 and 29 with no response. There is no customer service number on the website only an email address. I have since done some digging and discovered I am not the only one that has had this problem with this company. Very few people have actually received the items they purchased. My item is still, according to the tracking information, in the same spot as it was on December 11, 2019 and the company has made zero attempt to contact me to resolve this issue so I am currently out the money I paid and have nothing to show for it.
