Type of a scam Home Improvement

This person claims to be a licensed electrician and was referred through another reputable business as a subcontractor. While on property to perform services that were agreed upon under subcontracted work, additional services were solicited. He collected money for the services but caused damage to my home in the process. He agreed to return to make repairs but never did. The services agreed-upon was the addition of five new GFCI outlets of which only four were installed and a new dedicated circuit for my office. In the process of installing the dedicated circuit, he put an exposed hole in my wall. I came to ScamPulse.com to file a complaint against this business but found no such business and a search of the phone number on the business card results in names other than the name the individual goes by. The unprofessional workmanship combined with these factors have let me to believe that the individual in question is fraudulently scamming as a licensed electrician. Since the installation of the additional circuit, I have also had flickers on the sub-panel where he performed the work which is leading me to hiring a professional to redo the work performed by Adam.
