I received an email from Geek Squad informing me that my subscription will auto-renew and the amount of $499.99 will be debited from my account by today. In short, the email stated, "If you’re still deciding whether or not to renew — or if you just haven’t gotten around to it yet– please make sure you call us at 1-877-747-9668 to get your refund and cancel your subscription, in order to avoid recurring charges of $499.99 from your credit/debit card. We hope you’ll choose to renew your membership and remain a part of our community. Thank you for choosing Best Buy and Geek Squad." The email look legitimate until the full email address is view [email protected] ([email protected]).
