I have purchased to fishing reels from the website: "thenorthadventure.com" (charge on my credit card is from Shriner International), never received a confirmation email so I contacted them. The reply emails are from [email protected] giving multiple bogus excuses like the manufacturer is backed up and the product is stocked in custom. I know the people in this particular manufacturer and it is located in Southern California where I reside. Manufacturer has no knowledge of this vendor and ther won’t be any custom involved as the product is locally manufactured. I contacted my credit card company and filed a charge back. Please be aware and do not purchase anything from them.
