Takes your money then never here from them again. Please nail this scammer. Its terrible that there is so many untrustworthy people in this world now days. I would like my money back. This thief needs to be STOPPED.

When I clicked on the website they gave me, the site has been removed and non of the email addresses were active. I Ordered a Large Bean Bag chair on June 19th 2020 I Never received it I filed a Claim through PayPal They claim that the merchant provided proof that the item was delivered But wherever it Was sent to the United States Post office Won’t provide me The information so I msgd PayPal again after they closed my case They suggested that I file another claim through my financial institution Only for them to tell me The same info they got But they got the info from PayPal and they think that PayPal was the merchant But it’s not It’s Phaeton Information Technology Co.Ltd
Same story as everyone else: Ordered two of the garden kneelers/seats, in April (?) and in June received a little packet with the tool holders (yes, two) and my PayPal was billed $42.39. Total silence since.
Off to VISA now and to claim with Pay Pal and the bank. Buyer beware – I should have known better. I sure do now. Order NOTHING through FB.
Phaeton Information Technology Co., Ltd. IS A SCAM! I just read all of the BAD reviews about people not getting what they ordered, etc. This has happened to me and PayPal won’t do anything about me getting a refund for undeliverable items. This company sent me a small pouch that was supposed to come FREE with the Garden Kneeling Bench I bought…the pouch came…not the bench. It appears that many others also got their pouch, but not the bench…so that tells me this company took our money and didn’t deliver ALL of the goods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT’S A RIP-OFF!
This happened to me too. Paypal denied my claim stating tracking info shows package was delivered. All I got were the pouches and no knellers. Paypal was not very helpful. I then filed a claim with my Chase Visa, and they just paid my claim.

On 06/03/2020, I made a PayPal payment of $27.98 to Phaeton Information Technology Co., Ltd. for a garden kneeler – ID: 0DJ68058E7484183S – that had been advertised of Facebook. I’ve never received this product – although in early June I received a 1st-class USPS package with a small, heavy-duty, green canvas tool bag that’s identical to one that Phaeton still uses on their pngage. Nothing else, with no explanation. The return address on the package is “online seller, 2646 Rainier Ave. S, Seattle, WA 98144” – though it says elsewhere that it was mailed from a 90021 zip code. So… somewhere along the way, someone pinched my kneeler, which I assume was sent separately. Thank you. Bob Marstall; [email protected]; in zip 01060.
Same exact thing happened to me…ordered the Garden Kneeling Bench with the side tool pouch on May 12, 2020…got the pouch in June…no bench at all. Yet, the company said it was delivered. It’s now Oct. 13, and PayPal has still not resolved it for me. I doubt they will…so I’m contacting my Visa Company because the charge was on my Visa card that is linked to my PayPal account. Oh…this SCAM company wanted me to send back the merchandise to CHINA…and then they would refund my $21.49. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

I order 2 garden kneelers that come with canvas tool bags. Ordered on 05/06/2020 for $41.97. On 08/03/2020 2 tool bags arrived but no kneelers. Paypal denied my claim
stating tracking # shows items delivered. Paypal knows this is a scam but refuses to pay. Their Purchase Protection Plan is a scam too.

Same exact thing…ditto…ditto! Ordered in May one garden kneeling bench…in June got the side Velcro green pouch…never have received the bench. PayPal says they’re still contacting the seller…IN CHINA! Yeah…right!
I ordered a kneeler bag for my gardening tools. It doesn’t fit my current kneeler. They won’t respond to my emails asking for a refund. I contacted PayPal to help with their resolution center and they give PayPal a CHINESE address to mail it to –WRITTEN IN CHINESE, NOT ENGLISH. Of course my post office won’t accept it – THEY CAN’T READ IT! Therefore no refund! NOT HAPPY! I will NEVER buy from them again AND I’ve started telling my neighbors about the problem with this bag I had to rip and tie strap on to my kneeler! GREAT marketing for this company!

I ordered a pool from them and they sent me the wrong one. After I contacted with them, they asked me to keep the pool and they offered me 15% refund. I spent $135. I asked them to send me full refund and they told me to return the pool. I agreed but asked for shipping label. They said I have to pay for it. for their mistake I need to pay for the shipping. I opened a case through Pay pal, after 2 months they send me the same response, I need to ship the pool of my own cost and then they will send me refund. this company it totally a scam.

On may 25th of this year I ordered two stool garden knee pads for weeding. Only thing I received was 2 tool attachments (that they said were free) in the first week of July. It is September 9th and still have not received the items to attach them to. I want to be refunded $41.97.
Same thing…ordered one garden kneeling bench with the green Velcro side pouch and ONLY received the pouch. NO BENCH. I’m fighting it ‘tooth and nail’ with PayPal AND I’m getting VISA involved to help me. The charge was on my Visa card that’s attached to my PayPal acct. PayPal has really so far, dropped the ball, in my opinion.

I ordered a padded knee protector in june and all I got was this little thing that hangs on the side of the arm on the bench of this knee protector.

Hello I made a order on Facebook for 2 Blue Picinc table cooler sets and paid $45.00. I never got the table cooler sets. I only got 2 small stools. I placed this order back in April please answer back .
