PRP saved me! Through all of this covid going on I have been so behind on everything. I took the chance of renting out my getaway weeks and have already rented out 2 out of 4 of my weeks! Ive made my money plus some already and I still have 4 weeks left to rent. If the weeks were free to us then it would be too good to be true, but because we have to put up money you know there is some investment. Im glad I took the chance, because I was skeptical too.

“Sarah Burke” claiming to be from PROPERTY RELIEF PROFESSIONALS (1-800-385-0487
/ 813-774-6784) called asking if I wanted to rent my RCI weeks to “mayor corporations”. She offered $1,600 per week for 6 weeks. All I had to do was pay $2,394 upfront. I said I needed to talk it over with my spouse, she transferred me to another guy who was very pushy and turned very aggressive when I started asking for details. They wanted my credit card number right away to closed “the deal”. I hung up on him. It’s a scam. Do not fall for it.

A person claiming to be from PROPERTY RELIEF PROFESSIONALS called my cell phone asking if I wanted to buy RCI Extra Vacations and allow them to sell the time purchased by entering into a contract. The guy claimed if we signed the contract today there would be a guaranteed minimum check coming to us of $1,600 per night via cashiers check or direct deposit once the property was rented which typically happens within 60-90 days, however, we would also need to pay for the RCI Extra Vacation upfront to be able to add it into their inventory. There is minimal information on their website as well as zero information informing vacation property owners about this program. We asked him to send over a sample contract to review which we did not receive.
