Ordered a bracelet from Perry’s several months ago. I have contacted them before about the order and they assured me the order was in transit! I have never received it!

I purchased a ring through Perry’s Crystal Healing, and the purchase charged to my credit card. This is a false site, as the product never arrived. When I went through their "tracking process" (which was also false), everything indicated the product had been delivered to me. I am a paralegal, and I work for a law firm. Our deliveries are highly secured. The package never came, and it was never delivered here to my building. I wrote to this company FOUR times, to no avail. They have not responded to any of my emails.
