Hi, Im a licensed general contractor in California. I have been getting phone calls from people accepting job offers I did not post, even got some kind of employment agreement between a person in Sacramento and my company, signed by my representative (*** * ***) which I don’t have nor know who she is, My company is just me. Today I got a letter from you guys stating there’s a complain against this business (Omar stock) case number *** *** * ***.
I took the employment agreement to the police but they told me they can’t help me. My accountant says not to worry since none of my sensitive company information is listed in the agreement. I don’t own this business and they are using ** *** *** as their business address. please feel free to contact me if you have any advise on how to proceed with this.
