Today was the 3rd time this company has called. Twice it was a man claiming his name was Derek Johnson, and once it was a woman who didn’t give her name. Claims that I verbally agreed to a 2 year ad in their directory book, and that the first year was free, and now it is year 2, and I owe them $899. I told him I have worked here for 30 years, and I have never heard of their company and I would never verbally agree to anything, as it is against our company policy. When I request a copy of the agreement or a bill they tell me they cannot take the time to send me the bill and that I have to pay it first, and then I will get a copy. I told him I would have to be an [censored] to agree to pay a bill before I could see it. So today he says he will send me a copy, and I responded "no, you won’t. I know how you operate. You people are just scammers and I don’t know how you sleep at night trying to scam people out of money". With that, he hung up on me. I called the number back 888-739-5621 after Mr. Johnson told me a human would answer if I called back, and all I got was a recording that said "Are you or any member of your family over 50", and when you don’t respond, it disconnects. Please don’t give these [censored] any money!!
