Derek Fleming is taking 50% deposits for home remodeling jobs and never returning to do the job. I know of at least 3 different jobs he has stole the deposit and did not perform any work. He tells the customer a false address, which is actually a real business with the a similar name that does granite and natural stone countertops. He impersonates their company to get the job then steals from the customer never to be heard from again.
