I signed onto Facebook on 5/30/20 and noticed an ad for Kendra Scott Jewelery- 70% off. I clicked on the link which led me to the website. It looked exactly like the Kendra Scott website. I purchased several pieces of jewelry then paid via Paypal. I then get a text message saying Paypal sent to strapoes.com When I went back to look more closely at the site I noticed it led to www.strapoes.com. I emailed them immediately and requested a cancellation and a full refund. I was then told that they could not refund because my items had already shipped.

I purchased several pieces of jewelry then paid via Paypal. I then get a text message saying Paypal sent my payment to an Asian Address with Asian Symbols. When I went back to look more closely at the site I noticed it led to www.strapoes.com. When I tried searching them online, I got a dead end. I then filed with the Federal Trade Commission, tried contacting Paypal and my bank to stop the payment from processing. Paypal never answered but my bank did. Now I have to go through the ordeal of seeing whether or not they can stop the payment and get my money back.
This also happened to me. I have no idea what to do.
