Owner is self employed. His name is *** ***. He “hires” young kids to drive his beat up, smoke/weed smelling truck because he has a DUI and can not drive his own work vehicle. He smokes pot while the “hired” kid drives. He will smoke a whole pack of cigarettes between the ride to the job side and home. Leaving you smelling terrible. He smokes pot on the way there and home. He also smokes pot on the job site. He takes about 15 smoke breaks a day. Offers to pay non experience $12/hour. Holds the first weeks pay. He then will threaten you as the “hired” employee. He will yell at you. He has a short temper. He doesn’t teach you like he says he will. He’s an ex convict. Once you’ve worked for him for about 2 weeks when it’s time for your first pay out, he doesn’t pay on time. He also comes up with any and every excuse not to pay you the $12/hour. He’s racist and judge mental. He lies about deaths in his family to avoid paying. He talks very nasty about the women he works for when remodeling their homes. I do not recommended working for him or hiring him to do work for you.
