I was "hired" by Michael Melendez of whom is supposedly COO of this "company" to help stage properties for Air BnB rentals I spent over $950 of my own money to prepare 5 locations and numerous hours of my time.
My compensations was supposed to be
1. reimbursement of all expenses
2.10% of all monies earned via the AirBnB rentals.
Michael disappeared and now I have the owners of the properties on me to get their locations finished, I have lost almost or more than a thousand dollars AND Michael is no where to be found, contacted, or spoken with. I am very upset and I know of at least 6 property owners that have had the same/similar occurrences with this man.
I am not sure how much the property owner wired to him last but I was advised that one of them wired him a good deal of money right before his disappearance. I am going to fill out based on what happened to me but I do know that there are a lot of others.
