On Friday 1-26-18 while using my computer a message poped up about my files and information is at risk and I needed to call tech support right away. So i called and they said I needed to give them access to my computer and I needed to buy this super expensive security protection and wouldn’t stop pressuring me about it. They got access to credit cards and charged the card. Now they won’t stop calling and bugging me. We had to cancel the credit cards and get all new ones.
