I purchased a st.bernard puppy for 600.00 from them. After I had already paid then they required an additional 670.00 for pet insurance to fly the puppy. They refused to refund my money after i refused to pay more without proof that they were actually at the airport by sending me a picture of them there. They have a 100 percent money back guarantee posted on their website.
