Received fake invoice from MGMX Merchant Services and I have made multiple attempts to contact them using their website and it never goes through. There is not a phone number and the links take you to other websites. I contacted the links to see if they have ever heard of them and they had not.

Received an invoice in the mail for $129.50 indicating payment was needed for Annual Certification Services for an EMV Terminal/Smart Card.

Received apparent bogus bill from scammer. Have never heard of company or "services" being billed for.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
We received a bill from MGMX Merchant Services asking to make a check out to MGMX Compliance. It warns not to send cash or card and claims that the bill is for "annual EMV terminal download EMV smart card compatible ($25,000 annual customer liability included)". We have never heard of this company, and I find it very odd that a bill for an EMV terminal wouldn’t accept a credit card payment in addition to the fact that there is no phone number listed to discuss any concerns.
