I received an email from [email protected] saying that a "recruiter" had reviewed my resume and that they would like to offer me an interview via Google Hangouts. I was told to message [email protected] I was already suspicious, but I contacted her. She wanted to conduct the interview via chat. She proceeded to say that she was with Rockwell Automation and that there was a position available in either data entry, customer service, or the call center. She said all positions would be done from home, training would be online, and said the pay would be $25/hr ($19/hr during training). She said I could choose to be paid weekly or biweekly and that I could either be paid via direct deposit or paycheck. She asked what bank I used, and I told her I was not comfortable sharing that information, and she disappeared.

Contacted through text about my resume for employment. Told me they were from Rockwell automation inc. and that they were opening offices here within a month and they were still looking to fill positions. They did an online interview through Google hangout and ask legitimate HR questions. Once you "pass" the interview they say they will send w2 forms through mail or have a rep come by to have me sign them. But before I start I need to receive all equipment needed for the position and the company will be sending me a check for it. I have all the addresses saved and conversations. I also have held onto the check and fedex packaging.
