They claim to offer a free trial, and that you can cancel and won’t be charged ongoing. It took me 4 tries to cancel the subscription and they wouldn’t refund anything that had been charged even after I tried to cancel. The product was unopened and I wished to return it, but still no refund.

A free product was offered, only the shipping needed to be paid. Then the company kept charging my credit card without my knowledge for those and other products which I did not in any way sign up for. When I called their customer service to return the unused product (all of it, unopened and unused) they refused and hung up on me, twice. The total scam seems to have cost me closer to 1000$ so far.

I ordered a free trial of the rejuvaessence face product. I had to pay for shipping; however, my Visa was charged for $126.00 Canadian. Rejuvaessence stated because I did not call them they assumed I wanted to buy the product in full. In the meantime, I did not receive any product. I called the company to inquire. They kept saying I received it, but I explained I did not. Finally after about 10 attempts to speak to someone, I contacted Canada Post and explained the situation and they gave me a tracking number. I explained all this to Rejuvaessence after many many attempts to get help. On Oct 6th, finally a gentleman named ‘Martin’ told me to fax them with the CP reference/claim # and I would receive a full refund. I faxed the company at fax #1-303-530-0771. I asked many times to speak with a supervisor, b/c I still have not received a refund. A supervisor finally called me on Saturday, but I could not understand her and the call was cut off. I tried 5 times to contact them again and left voicemail messages and no one has returned my calls. They refuse to refund my money despite me doing as they asked.
