I saw an ad on Facebook for teddy bears made with roses called "Rose by Bear" (https://rosebybear.com/). I purchased the bear using my credit card and received an order confirmation email. The email said that a shipment confirmation would be sent shortly. I never received this email nor the product. I tried contacting them via email and social media and never got a hold of anyone.
