The individual was selling kittens online. He wanted to payment through Zelle, and he said the car will be shipped the following day. On the day of the shipment, he tells us that we need to pay $1500 that’s “refundable”. We did not continue to pay the $1500 because we obviously knew it’s not refundable, so we won our $850 back and we never got it back

Advertises munchkin kittens and other breeds. Had me transfer $850.00 through zelle. Took my money and never sent cat. Reported to bank. I have bank of america he has wells fargo. Said nothing they could do to help me. Transaction was on 12/23/2018
