Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I was threatened by Silvia Bassi of Soluzione Casa Ltd for refusing to cash or deposit a fraudulent check. She stated in an email that she would sue me if I refused to cash this fraudulent check and that all Americans were stupid. I ignored her and a restricted phone number has been calling me for days. I do not answer these phone calls so today they left a voice mail stating that I needed to contact Natalia at 6265729481 regarding "a serious matter". Before I called, I google their phone number and it was reported as SPAM. Their address attached to the number was a street address. I assumed this was in regards to my refusing to cash or deposit the fraudulent check so I called Natalia. She claimed that they were a law firm called Tristan and McLarry. She was very vague on their name and would not spell it. She had my last name wrong so I knew this was a fruitless attempt from Silvia Bassi to blackmail me and I laughed at Natalia and hung up. She then contacted my sister-in-law. This made me angry because she had no right to do that. This is just another scam. I told the "law firm" to bring on the law suit. What are they going to sue me for, refusing to break the law???
